Kure Beach Village Common Area Amenities Rules

  • To enter the Clubhouse, you need your white CLUBHOUSE CARD KEY.
  • To use the Pools, Exercise room and Tennis Courts you need your ACCESS KEY
  • To use the Beach gazebo and beach bathroom you need your KEY FOB

POOL RULES AND REGULATIONS

  • Residents, tenants, and/or family members using ANY of the facilities must be in good standing (dues paid to date).
  • Residents must accompany non-family members and guests. It is the homeowner’s responsibility to inform their houseguests of the rules.
  • Children age 14 or under must be accompanied by an adult, 18 or older, in order to use the pools, bathrooms, or any other facility.
  • Babies and toddlers are required to wear swim diapers in the pools.
  • Pool hours are 9:00 A.M. to 10:00 P.M.
  • No alcoholic beverages are allowed in the pool area.
  • No glass containers are allowed in the pool area.
  • No large floatation devices are allowed in the pools when there are other people using the pool. Smaller items (small floats, water wings, noodles, etc.) can be used.
  • Roughhousing is not allowed.
  • Suntan oils/lotions will stain and stick to the furniture. To prevent that please place a towel on the furniture.
  • Wet bathing suits are not allowed in the Clubhouse.
  • Do not move the tables.

When leaving the pool:

  • Close the umbrellas, straighten chairs and chaises
  • Clean-up any food, drink, or spills that might have occurred
  • Put all trash in the appropriate container

EXERCISE ROOM

  • Children age 15 or under are NOT ALLOWED to use the exercise equipment. You must be 16 years of age or older to use the equipment.
  • Return weights and mats to their proper place and turn off and wipe down all equipment when leaving.
  • Use caution and exercise at your own risk.

CLUBHOUSE

  • No pets are allowed inside the clubhouse or pool area.
  • People under the age of 18 MAY NOT use the clubhouse without adult supervision.

When leaving the Clubhouse:

  • Restack pool balls to holder and return pool cues to holder
  • Turn off TV and DVD
  • Turn off Fans and Lights

Parking

Parking at the tennis courts, pools, clubhouse and exercise cabana is only for vehicles while using those facilities. Cars parked in those lots without use of those facilities will be towed at the owner’s expense by Atlantic Recovery ((910) 471-2286).

BEACH GAZEBO

  • Owners in good standing are entitled to two parking passes per home. Passes are required to park in the beach lot May 1 – Oct 1.
  • Park at an angle to allow for as much parking a possible as there are limited spaces. Place your parking permit in a visible place in your vehicle. Vehicles without parking passes will be towed at the owner’s expense from May to October.
  • Items stored under the Gazebo should be in a neat stack and not block the entrance. The HOA is not responsible for theft or breakage. There are no “reserved” spots for beach items.  Do your best to share this space with neighbors so we can all enjoy the beach together.
  • All items must be removed by December 1 or they will be discarded.

TENNIS

  • Tennis courts are for playing tennis only.
