PARKING PASSES ARE NOW REQUIRED TO PARK AT THE BEACH LOT (AS OF May 1, 2026)

Vehicles without hang tags visible WILL BE TOWED AT OWNER EXPENSE.

Beach parking passes are available for pick up in the Clubhouse office – 701 Sailor Court.

Drop into the office Monday – Friday between 10 am – noon to pick up your pass.  

Each homeowner is entitled to two free parking passes.  If you would like a laminated parking pass the cost is $1 per pass.
